Online Course Enrollment and Usage Terms

Our online courses are designed to provide in-depth, practical knowledge in sustainable horticulture. Enrollment grants you a personal, non-transferable license to access the course content for the duration specified at the time of purchase, typically lifetime access unless otherwise stated. Payment for courses is processed securely through our chosen third-party payment providers. All prices are listed in USD.

Refund Policy

We are committed to your satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with a course, you may request a full refund within 14 days of enrollment, provided you have not completed more than 20% of the course content. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to learn@harnetolvexian.org. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for processing.

Certification

Upon successful completion of all course modules, assignments, and quizzes, students will receive a Certificate of Completion from Harnetolvexian RidgeGrove Academy, recognizing their dedication to sustainable horticulture practices.
